Sunrise Town Hall & Facility Rental

Sunrise Township New Town Hall is located at 12080 Sunrise Road (CR 9), Harris, MN 55032. The new town hall facility is now available for rent. Please read through the rental and clean-up policies below prior to submitting the rental application. Get your application in early as only two public rentals per month are allowed.

Per Sunrise Township Conditional Use Permit (CUP), Sunrise Township is allowed 2 public reservations per month for the new town hall. If wanting to reserve, please reserve early as CUP limits Sunrise Township. Note: This does not include Government Use

Facility Information

Below is some important information:

  • The maximum capacity is 100.
  • The kitchen does NOT have a stove.
  • The kitchen is wired to allow for multiple electrical appliances (roasters, crockpots, etc.).
  • There is a walk-in coat closet.
  • NOTHING can be put on the walls (including no frog tape or command stickers).
